We must be notified of your intention to exchange or return the item within 5 days of you receiving it, via email. Dresses must be returned in the original condition with all tags in place and shipped at the customer’s expense. Please note that “Original condition” implies that the garment has not been worn, except to try it on for fit and appearance. Once the garment is received and inspected, the exchange/return procedure will take place subject to all conditions being satisfied.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send that parcel using a delivery service that tracks and insures you for the value of the goods. We will not be held liable if your return is not received at our address.
Note: when trying on, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. The items must also be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged. We will be unable to accept the exchange of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
You are entitled to return your item up to 10 days of receipt.
Wedding Dresses policy
As we know that wedding dresses have to fit perfectly, you need to give us your exact measurements. The dress will arrive in 4-12 weeks (depends on the design). If the dress is faulty, we will give you a full refund of the dress. How ever if you are not taking the dress, because of any other reasons, you will be charged 8% of the full price of the dress. Wedding dresses can only be cancelled within 24 hrs of payment.
Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel your order before you have received the goods please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail so that we can attempt to stop delivery. If your order has already been dispatched we may charge you for the delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.
